Malacra Canyon Pools and Trail

It is open every day and access is via Praia Grande/SC. The entire route is along the riverbed, a 3-hour round trip hike over pebbles to the main pool with crystal-clear water.
It is considered a medium-difficulty trail with easy access. It is a 6 km drive from the city center to the start of the trail, mostly on a dirt road. Hiring a certified guide is necessary. The maximum group size is 12 people per guide. Bring snacks, insect repellent, and sunscreen in your backpack, and wear a hat, closed shoes, and comfortable clothing for the hike.
