Visit to Fortaleza Canyon

It is the largest canyon in South America and is located in the Serra Geral National Park. The name comes from the shape of the rocks, which resemble the walls of a fortress. On clear days, the sea can be seen from up there.

One of the highlights of this canyon is the Tigre Preto Waterfall. It's possible to visit it from the upper rim, located in the municipality of Cambará do Sul/RS, and from the bottom, entering its crater, located in the municipality of Jacinto Machado/SC.
